Our Food Philosophy influences everything we do.
When crafting our menus, we think about what ingredients that are in season, local, in abundance in the local community and how we can use as much of the ingredient as possible. All vendors are vetted for their alignment with our Food Philosophy.
We always striving to improve our menus so that they are sustainable, healthy and delicious. Home cooked meals made from scratch has been a family philosophy for years, as has been the Italian custom of connecting with family and friends over a meal. It’s about getting back to basics, moving away from processed food and returning to cooking the way Nonna used to make it.
